Qing dynasty commercial street beside Wuhou Shrine — Chengdu's best evening destination
Jinli is a beautifully restored Qing-dynasty commercial street adjacent to the Three Kingdoms-era Wuhou Shrine. The street dates back over 2,000 years and was one of the busiest commercial streets in ancient Sichuan. Today it's Chengdu's most atmospheric evening destination — packed with street food stalls, Sichuan opera face-changing performers, local craft shops, and lantern-lit teahouses.
The evening lantern atmosphere is one of the most viral Chengdu images — heavily featured in travel Instagram and YouTube
Address: 231 Wuhouci Dajie, Wuhou District, Chengdu
